Project Manager International (m/f/d) Customer Service

Ihre Aufgaben:
  • You are the International Project Manager within our organisation and the contact person for our international subsidiaries on the subject of project coordination
  • You give holistic support for the international rollout of digital projects (websites, Remmers B2B shops, Remmers.connect, CRM rollouts, and others)
  • You form the interface between the “Digital Services” team in Germany and the subsidiaries abroad
  • You are responsible for the consistency between sales processes and usability of our digital tools
  • You record requirements for our system from the international sales teams, check practicability and usefulness and take care of the implementation together with our headquarter
  • You accompany and support the international rollouts of our CRM and B2B shop and training in the international subsidiaries
  • You are responsible for further development of our international project management
  • You create project, time and budget plans in coordination with our subsidiaries abroad and the relevant shared service departments in our headquarter
  • You monitor all our projects, contracts and budgets as well as control and manage resources, tasks and appointments
  • You organise customer communication and the further development of customer relationship management
  • You support the team in international customer service

Ihr Profil:
  • You have a bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, finance or a comparable qualification
  • You have in-depth professional experience in project management or process management in an international business company, desirably in the area of sales processes and CRM as well as good skills in SAP
  • You are enthusiastic about the digitization of business processes
  • You have a very good understanding of processes and interfaces and can illustrate and interpret them
  • You are fluent in written and spoken German and English and ideally in another foreign language
  • You have excellent communication and cooperation skills: you are assertive and resilient
  • You work solution-oriented and team-oriented in an international environment
  • You work completely independently and in a structured manner and are willing to work around 50% of the time abroad and 50% in the headquarter in Loeningen
