International Customer Service Management (m/f/d)

Ihre Aufgaben:
  • You are the contact person for our subsidiaries in different European countries and actively support day-to-day customer care
  • You look after key account customers worldwide from our headquarter and coordinate the order processing by focussing automated order processing (B2B, EDI, Remmers Connect)
  • You select and evaluate incoming customer requirements and process them independently and in a solution-oriented manner
  • You work closely with the back office management, as well as with the responsible managers from the international subsidiaries, and are in constant communication with internal shared service departments, such as material disposition and the logistics department
  • You create reports and evaluations and support with the corresponding pre-and post calculations
  • You support the continuous improvement of internal processes
  • You will take over specific, international project work and, in consultation, the project management within an international network and carry out regular evaluations on the project work

Ihr Profil:
  • You have successfully completed your commercial training, a qualification as foreign language correspondedent (m/f/d) or, alternatively, a bachelor's degree in business administration, economics or a comparable qualification
  • You have in-depth professional experience in project management or process management in an international business company, desirably in the area of sales processes and CRM as well as good skills in SAP
  • You are enthusiastic about the digitization of business processes
  • You have a very good understanding of processes and interfaces and can illustrate and interpret them
  • You are fluent in written and spoken German and English and ideally in another foreign language 
  • You have excellent communication and cooperation skills
  • You work solution-oriented and team-oriented in an international environment
